Our Team

Victor Cierra, Founder and President of VMC Contracting Inc., was born in the small town of San Miguel, El Salvador, where at a young age he began honing the strong work ethic inherent to his company today. He started his career as a construction apprentice with his father building custom homes in San Miguel, where he also learned from his grandfather, a local carpenter who owned a small picture-frame business.

In 1990, Victor was granted the opportunity to come to the United States, and in 1991, he officially commenced a career path in the construction industry. With great focus, determination, and work ethic, Victor was able to live out his dream of establishing his own construction company, VMC Contracting Inc., formally launched in October 2001 and building its reputation for delivering projects of the utmost safety, quality, comfort, integrity, and accountability ever since.
