VMC considers planning the key to safety, and we begin planning and communicating safety measures prior to the start of every workday. VMC is proud that it maintains an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) well below the national average of 1.0.

It is paramount in all planning activities so that all projects are built to their specifications and to minimize the unexpected during performance. VMC carefully reviews all construction plans prior to mobilization, educates our team on expectations, safety measures, and daily construction activities, and inspects all products and materials for accuracy and installation procedures to ensure quality and compliance with the construction documents.
